Color Palette 009

A few weeks ago, as we were traveling to St. George, Utah, we decided to stop in at the incredible Bryce Canyon. It was surprisingly cold and snowy! It was the beginning of March, so I’m not sure why I was so surprised, but still! It was an incredible time visit, though, because the white snow created such a contrast with the red rock canyon. While this photo doesn’t necessarily do the canyon justice, it does bring in the diversity of the national park, with sheer red walls and forested areas.

Color palettes like this one are tricky for me. I can definitely see the beauty in a national park, but pulling a set of limited, cohesive colors is surprisingly difficult!
